Mango Daiquiri

Ingredients

50ml Caleño Mango & Passion Fruit
30ml Mango (or Tropical) juice. Alternatively, you can blend up a Mango fruit
30ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
10ml Agave Syrup
Fresh Mango wedge to garnish


Method

Combine the ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake until cold to touch. Strain into a chilled coupe glass before garnishing with a mango or passion fruit.

Distilled with joy

Distillation Compressed

Our distillation process is a thing of joy. We hunt down the tastiest tropical ingredients inspired by the delicious flavours of Colombia, before distilling our two unique flavours (Light & Zesty and Dark & Spicy) inside modern stainless-steel drums. The fruits and spices sing and dance whilst they’re distilled inside for 48 hours, extracting every drop of their bold exotic flavours. The party’s not over yet – we then leave the distillation to mature for another two weeks before we pour with joy into our beautiful bottles and bring them along to our next fiesta!
