We are now looking for an ambitious and highly enthusiastic PR and Influencer Manager to join us on our journey, championing, amplifying and raising the brand’s profile and mission to the wider world through creative and brilliantly strategic press and influencer activities.

In a crowded and ever-growing landscape of influencers, authorities and celebrities, a key part of this role will be identifying, managing and implementing an on-brand influencer strategy, developing valuable relationships with fitting content creator partners, VIP and influencer ambassador alongside traditional press outreach across both print and digital. There are many strings to the Caleño bow, from our founder through to our industry expertise, and the challenge will be in identifying the best activities and channels to ensure that each brand pillar and its value is communicated, upheld and elevated.

The right person for this role will be a seasoned communications expert, with proven experience of driving brand awareness and growth through exciting and successful PR & Influencer campaigns – both organic and paid. This is both a highly creative and commercial role, requiring someone who will instinctively look not only at the brand fit and innovation of each opportunity, but also the data and insights to track conversion, ROI and overall potential. The individual will come armed with a brilliant ‘black book’ of influential contacts that could range across a variety of lifestyle sectors including FMCG, wellness, fitness and nutrition. 


What is your purpose within Caleño?

  • Work alongside the PR agency to define strategy, drive
    traffic and organic conversion across diverse publications (print, digital,
    specialist, business press, awards etc.)
  •  Define and implement influencer strategy: manage
    existing relationships with celebrities & influencers and develop new
    relationships with relevant celebrities, influencers and brand ambassadors
    through gifting
  • Working alongside the Founder and Marketing Director on
    excelling and optimising the brand founder strategy with a view to securing key
    speaker, media and event opportunities and coverage.
  • Bring innovative and new ideas to the table with regard
    to on and offline events, mailings and activation
  • Support and amplify the wider marketing calendar
    including monthly campaigns, product launches and key promotions

  • Regularly monitoring all PR initiatives performance and
    results to continuously readjust and improve strategy effectiveness
  •   Manage all paid influencer promotion and collaboration,
    ensuring all the contracts and content are received and approved in good time.
  • Manage gifting and promotional budget and allowances

CRM & Ecommerce Manager

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we have already grown a passionate community of Caleño amigos/as over the last two years. We are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated CRM and Ecommerce Manager to join us on our journey and continue to build, nurture and champion our customer base, keeping them intrinsically connected to our brand while always endeavouring to deliver exceptional levels of service. This role is also responsible for the website’s performance and user experience, ensuring the customer journey is continually improved and revenue targets are exceeded, whilst also delivering a consistent brand experience that will be crucial as we plan to double down on our mission to become the UK’s favourite non-alcoholic spirit.  

The right person for this role balances a brilliantly creative and technical mindset and is highly organised with a great eye for detail to maintain the highest quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment. From our exciting global marketing campaigns to our latest launches and partnerships, the CRM and Ecommerce manager will keep our customers fully up to date and always ahead of the Caleño curve.


Role Outcomes

CRM & LOYALTY
  • Building out the CRM strategy, with end-to-end ownership of targeted       email campaigns and flows, from briefing, building through to deploying. Keeping an always-on approach to testing and optimization to increase our opt-in rate, open-rate and click-through rate.
  • Further developing automated emails and customer ‘flow’ journeys (Klaviyo) establishing best practice for all email marketing, with a focus on driving revenue, encouraging customers to shop across our whole range of products and provide crucial customer experience insights and feedback.
  • Building campaigns to drive frequency and value of existing customers, such as refer-a-friend initiatives.
  • Growing, monitoring and maintaining health of our marketing database, working alongside the Marketing team and digital agency to drive lead generation initiatives online. Working with Marketing team to develop partnership programs (exclusive content, packages, offers) to build database with potential customers.
  • Propose new ways and ideas to increase customer loyalty, assisting with the launch and rollout of the brand’s first loyalty /rewards scheme.
  • In-Depth analysis and reporting across all performance campaign and flows, to help inform future plans programs and monitoring competitors and other relevant brands from a CRM & Loyalty perspective.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
  • Project manage all website refreshes, managing our Web Development agency to ensure all new pages are built with UX in mind and are delivered on time and with accurate information.
  • Manage and execute (bi)monthly homepage refreshes to promote new content onsite and drive to relevant products based on sales data and marketing campaign focus.
  • Project manage all onsite marketing activities including new product launches and D to C sales events, working closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure all commercial events happen on time, with the right assets and copy live on site. Have overall ownership for how the products and content are displayed online, ensuring SEO benefits are taken into account.
  • Determine how best to leverage current creative and content resources, to deliver a vibrant, fun and unique digital experience.
