Tiki Tonic

Ingredients

50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy
25ml elderflower cordial
1/2 thumb sized piece of ginger, grated
50ml low calorie tonic water
Gingerbread (to garnish)
Ginger slice (to garnish)
Cinnamon stick (to garnish)


Method

In a shaker add a handful of ice and pour over the Caleño Dark & Spicy, elderflower cordial and grated ginger and shake well. Strain using a fine sieve into a glass filled with ice and top with
tonic water. Garnish with a slice of ginger, gingerbread and a cinnamon stick and en-JOY!
