A deliciously tropical gin alternative distilled with pineapple, lemon peel, juniper and Colombian Inca Berry.
Tropical Grapefruit Margarita
50ml Caleño Light & Zesty
1/2 grapefruit, squeezed
1/5 lime, squeezed
1/2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp muscovado sugar (for garnish)
1 tbsp of sea salt (for garnish)
Grapefruit slice (for garnish)
In an ice-filled shaker, add the Caleño Light & Zesty, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave nectar and shake for 30 seconds. Mix the sugar and sea salt on a plate, run a grapefruit slice around the rim of your glass and roll in the mixture. Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled glass, add a grapefruit wheel and en-JOY!
