A deliciously tropical gin alternative distilled with pineapple, lemon peel, juniper and Colombian Inca Berry.
La Gioiosa x Caleño Sparkling Passion Fruit Martini
Ingredients
Caleño Light & Zesty – 50ml
Vanilla syrup – lOml
Passion fruit purée – 25ml
Freshly squeezed lime juice – 15ml cubed ice
Half a passion fruit
La Gioiosa 0% alcohol free sparkling wine
Method
Fill a clean shaker with ice and pour in Caleño Light & Zesty with the vanilla syrup, passion fruit purée & lime juice.
Give it a shake until icy cold, then strain with a Hawthorne strainer and sieve it into into a chilled coupe glass.
Add a little extra fizz with La Gioiosa 0% alcohol free sparkling wine and garnish with half a passion fruit floating on top of the cocktail.
