Ingredients

50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy
10ml pomegranate juice
1/2 lime, juiced
50ml soda water
Thumb sized piece of ginger, grated
1/2 tsp maple syrup
Pomegranate seeds (to garnish)
Lime slices (to garnish)


Method

Pour the Caleño Dark & Spicy into an ice-filled shaker with the other ingredients and shake for 15 seconds. With a fine sieve, strain over ice in your glass of choice and top up with soda water. Garnish with lime wheels and a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds, serve and en-JOY!
