50ml Light & Zesty
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup or Gomme
6-8 leaves of Fresh Mint
Top with Soda Water

Pour over ice, smack the mint in the palm of your hand to release the oils and top with soda.
