Tropical Passion Fruit Martini

Ingredients

50ml Caleño Light & Zesty 

10ml Vanilla syrup 

25ml Passion fruit purée 

15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice 

Fresh Passion fruit


Method

Shake Caleño Light & Zesty, vanilla syrup, passion fruit purée and lime juice in an ice-filled shaker until cold. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and sieve your cocktail into a chilled coupe glass before garnishing with half a passion fruit.
