WITH TWO BIRDS AND NOUGHTY

There’s a popular misconception that ‘not drinking’ at Christmas is a little ‘bah-humbug’. Well, we’re here to confirm that firstly, this is absolutely not the case. And secondly, you can have all the uber-extra cocktail making fun -booze free. We’ve teamed up with our amigos at Two Birds and Noughty by Thompson and Scott to bring you some ideal Christmas concoctions!

Blanca Navidad
Ingredients
  • 50ml Caleño Dark and Spicy
  • 25ml Whole Milk
  • 25ml Whipping Cream
  • 15ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 Gingerbread Biscuit (crumbled)

Method

Mix all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker, give it a shake & strain it into a coupe glass & finish with a dusting of chocolate powder.

Pure indulgence!


Thompson and Scott’s ‘Noughty’ is beautifully produced alcohol-free sparkling Chardonnay.

A delicious alternative for bubbles, you won’t need the ‘real’ thing after a drop of this, we promise.

Method

Add 25ml Light & Zesty to your flute, add your orange juice and top with a generous dash of your Noughty.

Method

Pour all the tropical ingredients into a pan to heat up on the hob, once gently warmed, pour into a tall glass and garnish with a slice of orange.
