Caleño & Tonic

50ml Caleño
200ml Indian Tonic Water

Fill your glass with ice and add 50ml Caleño. Twist it with tonic - the ultimate dancer partner. Garnish with an Inca berry for a tropical sensation!

Tropi - Cali

50ml Caleño
20ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Demerara Gomme (or regular gomme)
6-8 mint leaves

Shake it, strain it and garnish with a sprig of mint

El Dorado

50ml Caleño
3-4 Inca Berries
25ml Raw Honey Syrup (2:1)
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Muddle the Inca berries, churn with crushes ice and garnish with the Golden Inca Berry

Café De Colombia

50ml Caleño
25ml Espresso
10ml Gomme

Finish with a dash of tonic water


50ml Caleño
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Gomme
5ml Monin Anise Syrup
5-10 drops of MS Betters Miraculous Foamer

Shake, dry shake & strain and garnish with a star anise

Caleño Collins

50ml Caleño
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Gomme or 2:1 honey

Topped with soda water & a slice of lemon zest

Dancing Queen

50ml Caleño
1 whole fresh passionfruit
15ml Vanilla Syrup

Top with soda and serve over ice

Top with Pineapple Juice

Serve over ice and garnish with an Inca berry
